Sebastián is an associate in D’Empaire’s Arbitration, Communications and Technology and Public Law practices groups. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2025.

Sebastián has been part of the team advising clients in domestic and international arbitrations, including commercial and investor-state disputes under the ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC rules. His practice is also focused on advising domestic and international clients on regulatory and general corporate matters across the telecommunications and financial services sectors.

Sebastián is fluent in English and Spanish.
