Jesús is an associate in D’Empaire’s Tax practice group. He received a J.D. from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2025. Since 2022, he has been a teaching assistant in Administrative Law at the same university.  Jesús has advised Venezuelan and foreign clients in all stages of tax disputes, including audits, administrative appeals, and litigation before Venezuelan courts.

Jesús is fluent in English and Spanish.
