Enrico is counsel in the Tax practice at D’Empaire. He obtained his law degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2013, holds a specialization in Maritime Law (UCV-2023), a specialization in Fiscal Law from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (cum laude 2024), and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University in the US (2026, Graduate Tax Scholar Program). He was recognized by the International Tax Review (ITR) as a Rising Star in 2024 and 2025.

Enrico has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on a wide variety of tax matters, including international tax planning, cross-border transactions, and transfer pricing, across a diverse range of sectors such as manufacturing, oil and gas, commerce and industry, and financial services. Prior to joining D’Empaire, Enrico served as an associate in the Tax practices of the audit firms Brito, D’Arrigo, Martinez & Asociados (Kreston International) until 2015, and Gomez Rutmann & Asociados (Deloitte -S-Latam) until 2020.

Enrico is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French
