Elizabeth is an associate in D’Empaire’s Corporate and M&A practice group. She received her J.D. degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2025.

Elizabeth advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A and domestic real estate transactions. She currently serves as in-house counsel for a major client of the firm.

Elizabeth is fluent in English and Spanish.
