Aníbal is an associate in D’Empaire’s Arbitration, Public Law and Litigation practices. He received a J.D. from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2023. Aníbal has experience representing both domestic and international clients, in administrative and judicial proceedings in Venezuela, handling administrative litigation and civil law matters. He has also participated in the representation of clients in domestic commercial arbitration proceedings and investor-state arbitration disputes under ICSID, ICC and UNCITRAL rules, as well as in matters related to regulatory compliance within Venezuela.
