Andrés is an associate in D’Empaire’s Public Law, Litigation and Tax practices. He received a J.D. from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2025.

Andrés has advised Venezuelan and foreign clients in all stages of tax disputes, including audits, administrative appeals, and litigation before Venezuelan courts. He also advises clients on a wide range of corporate and real estate matters, as well as on various issues related to mineral exploitation activities. He currently serves as in-house counsel for a major client of the firm.

Andrés is fluent in English and Spanish.
